Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, peeled & pitted
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped (or more, to taste)

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash avocado until the texture is mostly smooth.
  • Add onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
  • Dip in and enjoy!
